The site hardly begins to offer a definitive bibliographical resource, but the reviews are original and informative. The list of Dutch-language books will be especially useful for readers in The Netherlands and Belgium (where the domain is registered).
The Web site offers only occasional new reviews but its selections are of better quality and use than many other sites'. The links section also points to some useful sites, possibly including a few related sites operated by the same person.
There are relatively few inducements to buy copies of the books, but some personal inventory seems to be made available. It is apparent the site operator is a collector of Tolkien books with some knowledge in the field.
Readers seeking informed opinions about available titles will want to spend time browsing the reviews and lists of books. This site was not put together in a day and reveals that some thought and care have gone into making the selections.
